We are to attempt to do at least 6 minutes of running in two 30 minute sessions this week and 4 minutes of running in the other 30 minute session for this week.

Well I'm not sure if my postings are working or not but anyway because it's a snow day I got a little brave today and did 35 minutes on the treadmill and then 35 minutes on the Wii fit. I don't expect to do that everyday but I do enjoy the treadmill and the wii. Maybe the next snow day I will do it again. I find it harder to do in the evening but I am pushing ahead and getting ready for the run in September. The day we do the run we should go to a hotel that night, spend the evening together and celebrate our success. Something to think about. Anyway, I hope everyone is keeping up with their walking. Have a great rest of the week.
ReplyDeleteHi...I haven't doing very well the past two weeks with this training and hence the reason for my absence in the posts. I do plan on 'getting with the program' though. I've been having some pain in my right heel. I went out this weekend and bought some inserts so hopefully this will help. Glad to see you are still motivated Aunt Renee.
