Week 1 - Walk for 30 minutes at least three days of the week
We will be attempting to walk 30 minutes at least three days this week. I will actually be doing walking in place using the free run section of my WiiFit. I may even try to do it every day this week. We'll see. What are you going to do?
Hi Jac... Just wondering are you going to be training MWF or on TSS as it shows on the site. Or are you just training three days in a week and who cares what day?
I am cheering you on Jacqueline! And possibly even training alongside you - despite the more than 2000kms between us. LOL

I haven't decided for sure yet, Cheryl. I'm thinking I'm going to aim for Monday, Wednesday, Friday, but I may do more than that occasionlly.
